Definitions and key terms

To help explain things as clearly as possible in our Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

  • Service: refers to the service provided by Royal Pharmacy as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

  • You: a person or entity that is registered with Royal Pharmacy to use the Services.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Royal Pharmacy . We appreciate your interest in our products. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Royal Pharmacy . We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. By placing an order or making a purchase at Royal Pharmacy , you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Policy.

If there’s a defect with the product you’ve purchased, or if you are not happy with it, you have one (1) week to request a refund and return the product.

If you would like to return a product, the product has to be in the original, undamaged packaging as when purchased.


Return Due To Change Of Mind


Royal Pharmacy  will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a
request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are
returned to us in original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed via an EFT or in to store
credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed
through email.
Royal Pharmacy  will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the
value of any shipping paid.

 

REFUNDS

We strive to provide our customers with the best products. Each item is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care.

Unfortunately, there are times where we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. Note: you will be informed about it in advance. If you have purchased via Online Payment (not Cash on Delivery), you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

Utmost care is taken whilst packaging your orders to avoid any damages during transit. However please note that Royal Pharmacy  is not liable for any loss / damages that are caused to items during transit or transportation.

 

RETURNS

We will revise your returned product as soon as received and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take 5-7 days to process however you will be notified when you receive the funds.

 

SHIPPING

Royal Pharmacy  is responsible for all return shipping costs (excluding returns due to change of mind) – whether you were billed for shipping at checkout or shipping was free.

By using our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to the terms.

 

CHANGES TO OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and Policies, unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. If you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. Should you not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you may delete your account.
