Know the signs. Act FAST. Save a life.

A stroke can happen suddenly, and every minute counts. Recognising the warning signs and getting medical help quickly can make a life-changing difference.

🚨 Remember FAST:

🔹 F – Face: Is one side of the face drooping? Ask the person to smile.

🔹 A – Arms: Is one arm weak or numb? Can they raise both arms?

🔹 S – Speech: Is their speech slurred, confused or difficult to understand?

🔹 T – Time: If you notice any of these signs, call emergency services immediately!

Other warning signs may include sudden vision problems, severe headache, dizziness or difficulty walking.

❤️ Don't wait for symptoms to disappear. Even if they improve, urgent medical attention is essential.
